SUP Yoga

Description

Our SUP Yoga courses will help you wake up soflty to early-morning beach sounds. They take place in the Canche river Bay, near the Sailing school. 

Make the most of the sourrounding stillness and amazing scenery. Practice your yoga positions on our super large SUP boards. 

You’ll practice yoga and improve your balance thanks to our yoga instructor.

After the course, enjoy a “zen-break” (tea, fruit juice…).
